Ottima esperienza quindi la recensione che segue è meritatissima. Insieme alla mia famiglia siamo stati da poco nel nuovo punto Burger King. La pulizia è subito saltata all occhio. Per restare in tema food ordine e cortesia serviti su un letto di cibo ottimo (come sempre) e sorrisi dei dipendenti, che fanno sempre piacere. Le ragazze che ci hanno serviti, sono state veloci e professionali. Nota ulteriormente positiva: ambiente fresco e sedute comode che non dispiacciono, specie se a due passi dal Cavalluccio Marino chiuso e con 40 gradi! Preciso inoltre che rispetto al punto di Sestu ho percepito maggiore qualità nel pane e nel sapore del plant based burger. Torneremo al 100%.

Il Burger King è ben organizzato: il cibo arriva velocemente ed è di buona qualità. Il locale è sempre pulito e ordinato. L’unico problema riguarda il sundae alla Nutella. Le prime volte mi è stato servito con una quantità abbondante di Nutella, ma nei giorni successivi la dose è progressivamente diminuita, fino a quando ho dovuto chiedere personalmente al bancone di aggiungerne un po’ di più. La ragazza che mi ha servito, però, ha risposto in modo infastidito dicendo che quella fosse la quantità corretta. Solo dopo essermi lamentata ulteriormente me ne è stata aggiunta un’altra piccola quantità, comunque inferiore rispetto a quella delle prime volte. Il mio consiglio è di prevedere un’aggiunta extra di topping, magari con un piccolo supplemento, come già avviene al McDonald’s. In questo modo si eviterebbero problemi e discussioni. A parte questo episodio, confermo che il cibo è buono e il servizio nel complesso è valido.

Modifico la mia precedente recensione, in quanto ho riprovato il Locale in data odierna. Parlando col personale per l’ordinazione, ho fatto presente di aver lasciato una precedente recensione negativa. Sono riuscito fortunatamente a parlare col responsabile che mi aveva dato la info errata l’altra volta e ci siamo chiariti. Un sentito ringraziamento a lui e tutto il personale che si è dimostrato attento e presente. Esperienza decisamente rivalutata in positivo, penso tornerò molto più spesso dopo oggi Una nota di merito a Niccolò che si è prodigato per rendere l’esperienza ancora migliore.
